Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic full-time Sales Coordinator to provide general office support to our Payroll4Construction.com sales and management teams. This role also has direct and frequent contact with our clients. If you are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, love working with customers directly, and good at managing a diverse workload, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

  • Process new sales and additional product contracts using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Welcome newly assigned clients over phone and email, collecting payments and setting the expectation of what is to follow with implementation
  • Create/maintain weekly sales statistics in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Power BI
  • Manage colleagues’ tracking of sales opportunities and sales orders
  • Liaise with sales team to process sales opportunities and sales orders
  • Liaise with implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and coordinated reporting efforts
  • Act as back-up for FOUNDATION sales coordinator
  • Process payments via ACH and credit cards
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize your own workload
  • Highly comfortable on the telephone
  • Ability to utilize multiple CRM solutions (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, SuiteCRM and/or NetSuite a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and report creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Interest in data visualization, reporting or information systems, or willingness to learn (knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI or Google Data Studio a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours during busy periods
