Sean began his Foundation Software journey in Client Support, where he spent time learning the ins and outs of construction payroll, workforce management and project operations.
His support role allowed him to work directly with contractors across the country — answering questions, solving problems and building a deep understanding of what construction teams need from their software.
In his current role, Sean connects with both new and existing clients, qualifies leads for the outside sales team and helps contractors explore solutions that bring more control and efficiency to their business.
Whether he’s scheduling demos, answering questions or guiding clients through the evaluation process, Sean focuses on creating a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.
His mission is simple: make sure contractors feel confident and supported every step of the way.
